Overview
Physician-led group of physiatrists is seeking a BE/BC staff physiatrist based out of inpatient rehab facility in Dover, DE. Locum or permanent openings with great support and no income cap.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership as part of an experienced physical medicine physician leadership team.
- Participate in flexible, diverse, independent practices within inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC.
- Choose between independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model.
- Receive comprehensive management and administrative support to focus on practicing medicine.
- Work with an integrated EHR / practice management system for documentation, data capture, and revenue cycle capabilities.
- Utilize in-house practice development resources to access career opportunities.
- Engage in in-house recruiting to ensure the best physiatrist and physician extenders for each practice group.
- Rely on risk management and compliance departments to protect patients and practice integrity.
Qualifications
- BE/BC Physiatry physician (staff physiatrist) with residency and board certification as applicable.

- Base salary with a monthly productivity bonus (no income cap).
