Opportunity Details:

• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home
• Four 10-hour days per week
• 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
• Average 15-20 patients per day (Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day)
• Behavioral health and lab on site
• 1:1 Medical Support Staff
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+)
• Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance, Full benefits including a 401k match, Paid malpractice
• Hospital employed
• Epic EMR
