About the Opportunity:

• Team Composition:3 Permanent Physicians, 1 Locums Physician, 1 Director, 1 Supervisor, 1 Community Healthcare Worker, 1 Front Office Coordinator, 2 Patient Registration Interviewers, 1 Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Coordinator, 4 Certified Medical Assistants
• Work Schedule:Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; No Holidays, No Weekends
• Call Rotation:All providers take call and rotate the monthly schedule
• Expected Patient Volume:20 patients per day

Requirements:

• Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
