Physician owned, multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician who values high quality care and work/life balance to join their team in the heart of Washington state!
Details:

• Full-time position
• General ENT practice, but fellowships welcome
• Join a team of five highly skilled ENT physicians and one APP
• Four or five-day schedule available
• One surgical day per week
• Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position
• ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday Thursday block every five weeks)
• Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program
• Epic EMR
• Ideal candidate should have:
  • Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
  • Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

Compensation/Benefits May Include:

• Annual salary range: $498,149 to $538,539
  
• First year salary guarantee, RVU production in year two
