Position Overview
We re seeking a full-time OB-GYN to join a dedicated women s health team, including three full-time physicians and one nurse practitioner. You'll practice in a well-equipped clinic located on the hospital campus, and collaborate with a full-service Family Birthing Center featuring certified lactation consultant services and a Level 1 well newborn nursery.

Compensation & Incentives

• $40,000 sign-on bonus

Core Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB-GYN services, including prenatal, gynecological, and surgical care

• Work four 10-hour days per week (clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM)

• Manage an average of patients per day (scribes available for higher-volume providers)

• Participate in 1:3 call rotation

• Utilize clinic equipment: 11 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, 1 NST room, and 2 ultrasound machines

• Perform deliveries (approx. /year), cesarean sections, and minor procedures

• Interpret NSTs, ultrasounds, and imaging studies

• Collaborate with in-house behavioral health, pediatrics, and lactation consultants

• 3 ORs + cysto and endoscopy suite (expanding to 5 ORs in December 2024)

• Level 1 nursery (no NICU; >36-week gestational age only)
