• Special interest in hematology (benign and malignant), gynecologic and genitourinary oncology, and/or sarcoma, ideal(please note in turnover)

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine Hematology/Oncology
• Evidence of formal, supervised training or clinical experience as required for certain procedures.
• Valid and unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of New York
• Valid license to prescribe controlled substances.
• ACLS/BCLS Certification
• Valid DEA Certification
