Physician - Oncology

Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent | Days (8-hour shifts) + 1:4 On-Call (primarily critical lab calls)

• Provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology services at a freestanding cancer center
  
• Manage a mixed patient population, approximately 80% oncology and 20% hematology
  
• Participate in 1:4 on-call rotation, primarily handling critical lab calls including one weekend per month
  
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncology and infusion teams to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care
  
• Document patient care using an advanced electronic health record system
  
• Engage in continuous education and maintain board certification and licensure requirements
  

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (within 2 years of eligibility)
• Experience or strong interest in Radiation Oncology is preferred
• Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA license must be obtained prior to start
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and background history
