Overview

The Heart & Vascular Service Line at Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan is recruiting a full-time Noninvasive Cardiologist. Corewell Health Trenton Hospital, located in Trenton, Michigan, is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to join a robust program. Clinical responsibilities will include non-invasive imaging, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinic. The candidate must possess strong clinical skills and have significant experience in clinical cardiology and cardiac imaging.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Cardiology
• Board certification in Echocardiography
• Board certification in cardiac CT preferred
• Unrestricted License - Michigan MD/DO
• Unrestricted DEA License

Facility and Location

Corewell Health Trenton Hospital is a 193-bed acute care teaching hospital that sponsors nine university-affiliated residency programs. The hospital opened in 1961 and became part of Beaumont Health in September 2014. There are 6 inpatient operating rooms, an inpatient cystoscopy suite, an inpatient endoscopy suite, a cath lab/IR suite with 2 bays, and 2 dedicated OB operating rooms. There is an attached outpatient surgery center with 4 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites, along with 2 DaVinci surgical robots. The ED is staffed 24/7 with an anesthesiologist and CRNA on site. Corewell Trenton serves a diverse population across extensive service areas including the Ohio-Michigan border to Dearborn along the I-75 and I-275 corridors.
