A modern and flexible multi-specialty group of over 200 physicians across 45 specialties in San Francisco proper is seeking to add an additional Neonatologist. This is a physician-led, quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide care across three clinical sites with a total annual delivery volume of 7,000 with an average NICU census of 36
• Management of micropreemies with advanced ventilation techniques
• Small baby unit, surgical services, therapeutic hypothermia, and neonatal transport services
• 90% of shifts at 35-bed Level III NICU
• Large maternal-fetal medicine program
