Due to a consistent increase in population plus a constant demand for Rheumatology services, one of the most beautiful locations in Wyoming has a brand new dream job for a FIELD OF DREAMS job where if you build it, they will come. Come join a well-established multi-specialty team offering full-spectrum care with on site Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Surgical Sub-specialties, etc. You will have a voice in this organization and a work/life balance physicians chase their entire careers to get!

The ideal candidate is an experienced BC/BE Rheumatology MD/DO - practicing physicians and new grads (including 2026) are welcome to apply.

- $300k to $375k BASE SALARY plus lucrative RVU model
- In-house infusion center
- 4 days of clinic + 1 day of at-home admin is typical but negotiable
- 8a-5p is also typical, but negotiable
- NO CALL + NO LATE NIGHTS + NO WEEKENDS
- Extensive benefits package including retirement
