• Location : Northeast Texas, near Cookville, TX
• Coverage Type : Call-only shifts (7 AM 7 AM)
• Setting : Inpatient-only; no outpatient duties required
• Start Date : Immediate start available
• Duration : Ongoing, with one weekend per month commitment
• Patient Volume :
  • Daily admissions: 12
  • Patients seen per shift: 48
• Bed Details :
  • 3 pediatric beds and 14 nursery beds

• Licensure : Active Texas license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Certifications :
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Board Certification : Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics

• Trauma Level : Level III
• Pediatric Level : Level I
• Temporary hospital privileges are available to expedite onboarding.

• Ventilation management (pediatric)
• Attending high-risk deliveries and C-sections
• Intubation and central line placement
• Nursery Level I and Level II/NICU care

• Call Response Time : 30 minutes
• Support Services : Full 24-hour availability for general surgery, laboratory, and radiology.
• Travel and Lodging : Assistance provided, with accommodations near local airports such as DFW or Love Field.
