Physician / Hospitalist - Nocturnist / Massachusetts / Permanent / Nocturnist opening NE of Boston, MA - 7 on/7 off

Seeking a part-time BC/BE Nocturnist to join a Hospitalist team northeast of Boston.

Details

• 7 on 7 off block schedule
• Nocturnists do not respond to codes; ICU responds to codes
• Nocturnists currently lead Rapid Responses with residents
• Overnight Internal Medicine admissions are handled by residents, with 4-6 staffed by a Nocturnist
• Provide direct patient care and supervise Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) for both admissions and cross-coverage
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care; hard-working, dependable, collegial, and professional

• Retention Incentive: After 1 year: 1 shift reduction per month for 1.0 FTE (or equivalent); After 3 years: Additional shift reduction for 1.0 FTE (or equivalent)
