We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician for an 84-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Sep 11, 2025. This position requires managing patient care in a not-for-profit, 94-bed community healthcare facility that includes emergency medicine, acute care, and critical care with a Trauma Center. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, working on a 7 on 7 off basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive hospitalist services in a critical care environment.
Manage admissions and patient rounds.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Respond to emergencies and provide stabilization measures.
Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Additional Information

Must be board certified or truly board eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
All applicants must hold a valid New York medical license.
ICU experience is essential for this role.
