Position Highlights:

• We are currently seeking BC/BE physicians interested in practicing community hematology/oncology to join our comprehensive, QOPI-certified cancer centers located throughout Houston.
• Practice the whole breadth of medical oncology and malignant/benign hematology with a physician group of greater than 11, with opportunities available at multiple locations.
• Our world-class community cancer centers are highlighted by a thriving primary care and specialty physician referral base, collegial multidisciplinary environment, outstanding nursing support, and a full suite of patient services including Radiation Oncology, Clinical Trials, Palliative Care, Nutrition, Social Work, Specialty Pharmacy, Telephone Triage, and Oral Chemotherapy Navigation.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a part of Optum, is Houston's premier multispecialty group practice, founded in 1949 by Dr. Mavis Kelsey in Houston's renowned Texas Medical Center. Kelsey-Seybold offers quality medical care in 65 medical specialties. The organization operates the largest freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center in Texas. It offers state-of-the-art Varian TrueBeam and Varian Edge radiation therapy technology at a nationally accredited Cancer Center. Its comprehensive offerings include an accredited Sleep Center, comprehensive laboratory services, advanced imaging and diagnostics, and on-site Kelsey Pharmacy locations. Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of Hematology/Oncology experience
• Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
• Board-certified or eligible.
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $317,500 to $595,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
