Responsibilities

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Center Medical Director position may be available for highly qualified candidates
• Deliver high-quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities

• Maintain excellence in patient care and collaboration with the care team
