Gastroenterologist Locums Job in Louisiana November 10 Start

One of Jackson and Coker's partnering hospitals in Louisiana is seeking ongoing GI Hospitalist locums coverage beginning November 10 and ongoing. They have specific dates open as a priority and would welcome all applicants with availability for November 10-17am. ERCP + EUS available (must be able to perform one, if not both.)

Dates Needed: November 10th (7a) - 17th (7a) + opportunity for ongoing coverage as needed/available

Schedule/Call Requirements:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm GI Hospitalist, with call and rounding as needed
Weekday night call 5pm-8am Weekend call Saturday 8am-Monday 8am

Facility Requirements/Details:
Must have active Louisiana license Board Certified or Board Eligible required

Support staff: Nurses, and one other MD three days per week
200+ beds, Level 3 trauma center, EPIC EMR

Scope of Work: GI Hospitalist On-call for hospital and ER Procedures/Cases: General GI + ERCP/EUS (Must be able to perform one advanced procedure and/or the other) Average patients per day: 18-20 total
