The o pportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Practice physician with a passion for clinical medicine.

Work with underserved population of Maricopa County (metro Phoenix AZ)
11 outpatient clinics distributed across Maricopa County
All clinics are designated as FQHC s
Eligible for NHSC/AZ State Loan Repayment Program with a score of 21
4/10 hr or 5/8 hr shifts available
EMR EPIC
Approximately 20 -25 patients a day dependent on shift length
No OB/ No inpatient work
1 night monthly of telephone call
W-2 position
Practice Commencement Bonus available
