Family Medicine Physician Opportunity In Bagley, Minnesota

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota. Join a team of two physicians and three APPs in a traditional practice that includes both outpatient and inpatient care. The call ratio is 1:3 for hospital inpatients, mainly phone calls. The clinic is located near Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25-bed critical access hospital with an average inpatient census of six and an annual ER volume of 3,200. Remote support includes a social worker, IHT, and RN case manager. On-site services include EKG, X-ray, CT, PT/OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, and psych. Outreach services from Bemidji include sleep, bariatrics, dermatology, mobile mammography, MRI, and OB.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance, tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice, and actual job requirements.
