Position Details:

As an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in our facility, with coverage starting in March and ongoing needs. The Emergency Department utilizes EPIC as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, enhancing coordination of patient care.

Shifts and Requirements:

• 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling.
• Weekend requirements are included in the shift rotation.
• Minimum of 10-14 shifts of availability per month is required.

Credentialing and Licensing:

• Board Certification is mandatory (if ABIM or ABFM, EM credentials and recent experience required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine is required.
• Active Ohio license is required.
• COVID vaccination is a prerequisite.
• BLS/ACLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Clean background with no malpractice is essential.

Facility and EMR: The facility is equipped with EPIC as the EMR system, ensuring seamless and efficient patient care.

Annual Volume and Shifts:

• Annual Volume: 30,000.
• Physician shifts: 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a.
• APP shifts: 9a-9p & 5p-5a.
• Number of beds: 21.
