  • Either 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. or 8 p.m. - 8 a.m.
• Hospital Admissions:
  • Percentage received from the ED: 17%
  • Percentage of ED patients admitted per day: 17%
  • Percentage of ED patients transferred per day: Less than 7%
• Trauma Level/Designation:
  • None
• ED Volume:
  • 20,000
• Total Number of Beds:
  • 11
• Fast Track in ED:
  • Yes
• EMR:
  • All Scripts/Paragon
• Supervision:
  • Will oversee APPs
• Admissions:
  • ED physician writes orders for admissions
• Specialists Available:
  • Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist/Oncologist

• Presentation:
  • Full presentation with Name Clear is required
  • Submit the provider to all three Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson, and Gallipolis)
• Certifications:
  • Board Certified - Required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EM - Required (will be verified)
  • Ohio State License - Required
  • BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required
  • COVID Vaccination - Required
  • NRP - Required
