• On-Call : Beeper call required with phone consults and call-back as needed
• Average Patients : Volume and call ratios to be determined
• Procedures : General anesthesia required, along with adult and specific pediatric cases

• Facility : Inpatient services only; this facility does not handle complex trauma or pediatric emergency cases
• Support Staff : No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) or teaching responsibilities required
• OR Skills Required :
  • Cardiac, thoracic, and complex orthopedic surgeries are not performed at this facility
  • General anesthesia with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia surgery capabilities required
  • Specific procedural skills in pain management techniques, ventilation management, central and arterial line placements, and anesthesia for neurosurgical and obstetrical cases

• Board Certification : Board-certified anesthesiologists required
• Licenses : West Virginia medical license required
• Certifications : Must have ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) : MediTech
• Credentialing : Expected timeframe for credentialing is 30-60 days; temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
• Trauma and Pediatrics Level : Level 0 (No complex trauma or high-risk pediatrics)

• Nearest Airport : Accessible by nearby airports for ease of travel
• Lodging : Recommendations will be provided
