You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of 15 to 30 patients per day, primarily consisting of adults aged 18 years and older. As part of the medical direction team, you'll oversee general anesthesia cases and provide coverage for two satellite campuses. While the hospital bed size is substantial at 283, special procedures will not include hearts or newborn care, focusing instead on "bread and butter" cases.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold board certification in anesthesiology and possess an active state license in South Carolina. Preferred candidates will hold a South Carolina state license, although the credentialing timeframe can accommodate those without it.
