Practice Environment:

• Join a collaborative and welcoming practice featuring a dynamic team of 6 anesthesiologists and 20 anesthetists (AAs and CRNAs).
• Care team model: clinical support, growth, and autonomy
• Collegial culture with excellent relationships among practice members, surgeons, and the perioperative team
• State-of-the-art operating rooms with annual surgical volume exceeding 10,000 cases

Case Variety:

• Cases include: general, ortho, GI, urology, neuro, ENT, bariatric, ophthalmology, oral, plastics, podiatry, radiology, vascular, and cardiac (covered by a designated cardiac team)
• No OB cases
• Opportunity to develop and enhance cardiothoracic anesthesia skills with an elite heart team consisting of six experienced anesthetists, including a generous annual cardiac stipend
