• Large skilled nursing facility with an active long-term care community
• Boasting an additional rehab wing with 40 short-term beds
• Amazing activities department that fosters collaboration with therapy and patient engagement outside of their rooms
• Large rehab gym including large scale gym equipment and ACP devices (including Omni VR system, electrical stimulation, diathermy and Omnicycle)
• Resident focused treatment across whole continuum of care

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
