Your Role as a Physical Therapist:
As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver direct patient care, focusing on enhancing patients' functional outcomes through an integrated approach to patient management. You will assess, diagnose, and implement tailored treatment plans while ensuring meticulous documentation of patient progress in accordance with our professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive treatment programs based on thorough evaluations of each patient’s medical history, conditions, impairments, and functional capabilities.
- Prioritize and manage patient care needs effectively.
- Conduct timely assessments to identify needs throughout the continuum of care, providing necessary recommendations and education.
- Maintain all documentation in full compliance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is clear, relevant, and adheres to organizational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree, or Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Valid New York State Physical Therapy license and registration.
- 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred but not mandatory – new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

Compensation: $74,000.00 - $118,577.28 annually
