Job Description

FULL-TIME DAY SHIFTS: Weekdays Varied / Weekends As Needed

SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000 (Offer to external candidates only & in accordance with Sutter Health policy)

Education

• Other: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school

Certification & Licensure

• PT-Physical Therapist
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Department Required Certification & Licensure

• Department: Home Health, DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
• Department: Home Health, AUTO-Automobile Insurance

Typical Experience

• 5 years of recent relevant experience.
