As a full-time, non-exempt Physical Therapy Assistant you'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, support patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in good standing (or eligibility)

Preferred Qualification:

• Work experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
