Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Helena Location

Assignment Details:

• Estimated Start Dates: 10/20 or ASAP
• Duration: 26 weeks

• Hours: 40
• Schedule: Day Shift

• Facility details: Nursing Home and Rehabilitation

Traveler Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $30/hr, $60/hr (OT)
• Stipends: $1,442/week
• Weekly Total for 40 Hours: $2,642

Billings Location

Assignment Details:

• Estimated Start Dates: 10/13 or ASAP
• Duration: 26 weeks

• Hours: 40
• Schedule: Day Shift

• Facility details: Nursing Home and Rehabilitation

Traveler Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $35/hr, $70/hr (OT)
• Stipends: $1,246/week
• Weekly Total for 40 Hours: $2,646

Candidate Requirements:

• Physical Therapy License: if not licensed in Montana, you must be willing to obtain one upon offer.
• American Heart Association BLS, must be willing to obtain.

Additional Notes: To qualify for the Traveler's Rate, your permanent residency must be 50.0+miles away from the facility.
