QUALIFICATIONS

• MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Commitment to patient-centered excellence
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred: hospital-based physiatry experience
