Our client, a leader in energy equipment storage and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Physical Laborer Outdoor Warehousing-Laydown Yard to join their team. As a Physical Laborer Outdoor Warehousing-Laydown Yard, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient handling and organization of large energy equipment and shipping containers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Physical Laborer Outdoor Warehousing-Laydown Yard

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some weekends may be required)

What's the Job?

• Perform outdoor physical tasks such as yard cleanup and debris removal with ease
• Assist in gathering inventory for urgent courier shipments
• Support laydown yard activities by pulling and relocating materials as instructed by supervisors or management
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain high standards of safety and ethical behavior at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions
• Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Previous experience in warehouse or yard operations is a plus but not required
• Basic reading skills in English to support yard activities and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
