Barton is seeking a qualified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for a 7-day locum tenens assignment in Louisiana. This opportunity begins on Nov 3, 2025, with day shifts from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct inpatient consults for rehabilitation services
• Assess and admit new patients with conditions such as strokes, trauma, and orthopedic cases
• Perform functional status assessments and develop treatment plans
• Oversee discharge planning and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
• Order and interpret necessary testing or diagnostic procedures

Additional Information

• Must be licensed in Louisiana prior to assignment
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Relevant PM&R experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings is essential
