Pay Range: $18.29 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

*QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM*: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Work Schedule: 40 Hours Plus Overtime: Monday - Friday, hours vary with start and end times in between 6:00am - 6:00pm, additional days/hours may be requested in this role which may include a Saturday rotation. Typical Work Schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position Includes Overtime.

Work Location: 1619 Greenwood St., Suite #102, Pueblo, CO 81003

***Territory coverage will include Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Canon City, La Junta, Pagosa, and other surrounding cities may be included in coverage

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
• Must have a Valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
