Position Summary

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Service Representative to join the CarePlus/ Specialty Pharmacy team in Boston, MA. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will work as a part of the team to ensure patients receive specialty medication in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

In order to be successful in the role you must contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, correspond with prescribers to clarify prescription information, prepare orders for delivery, maintain adequate inventory, resolve insurance issues and assist with Prior Authorizations.

We are open Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and closed on the weekends and for national holidays. We are seeking someone who will work full time.

Required Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.
• One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications.
• One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacy experience
• MA pharmacy technician license

Education

Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $31.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
