Pharmacy Manager

The pharmacist will perform various administrative tasks, direct pharmacy staff as needed, and manage 350 script verifications per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks in the pharmacy.
• Direct pharmacy staff as needed.
• Manage and verify 350 scripts per day.
• Maintain inventory and manage pharmacy projects.
• Ensure a patient-centered approach and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in specialty pharmacy tasks.

Essential Skills

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida
• High school diploma
• 5 years' experience as a pharmacist
• 2 years' experience as a manager or team leader
• 2 years' high-volume retail pharmacy experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous experience with PrimeCare US1 pharmacy software preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management skills
• Must be willing to obtain certification within 1 year of converting to permanent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
