Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operational Support: Work under the supervision of experienced pharmacists to assist in various pharmacy operations, including processing prescriptions and managing inventory.
• Patient Care: Assist pharmacists and healthcare providers in delivering essential health services and accurately counseling patients on their medications.
• Communication: Handle non-critical phone calls and assist with patient inquiries while maintaining professional communication at all times.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies regarding safety, accuracy, and service excellence in all pharmacy practices.

Training and Development:

• Participate in required training programs to enhance your knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmacy field.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail environment, particularly with Walgreens.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate prescription filling.
