Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The PBM Pricing Strategy Analyst Senior is responsible for building Pharmacy Benefits Management pricing models for our Administrative Services Only (ASO) clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Maintains and assists in the development of pricing tools and models to support pharmacy pricing strategies and ensure accurate, data-driven decision-making across business operations.
• Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to guarantee monitoring and ASO pass back activities.
• Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization.
• Monitors revenue performing below thresholds and implements necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets.
• Supports the Pharmacy Services team in implementing future revenue, member expansion and growth capacity.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

• Experience with pharmacy benefit management (PBM), including formulary strategy, network configuration, and pricing methodologies, is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient using MS Excel is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and updates, along with the capability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across departments preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $86,064 to $129,096
