The Position

We're looking for a talented, motivational, outgoing Personal Trainer

Requirements

• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification OR Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• CPR/AED Certification
• Minimum 20 hours per week availability
• Preferred: Personal training experience
• MUST have personality! Must be an outgoing people person, that brings energy and inspiration when you walk in the room.

Responsibilities

• Crunch trainers put the FUN in Functional Fitness! Coach your clients through high energy, scientifically sound, custom workouts!
• Design your own progressive workout programs to specifically suit the needs of your clientele. Utilize the many resources available to you like, MyPTHub, and Dotfit to keep your programs organized and professional.
• Track your client's progress and measure their results as you lead them towards goals they never thought possible.
• Assist your management team with health and fitness seminars and club wide events
• Spread the fitness love as you engage with members to book and service Kick Off appointments.
• In this role you will work to achieve both individual sales and service goals, as well as team and club-wide goals

Organizational Structure

• You report directly to your club's Personal Training Manager as well as the General Manager
• You will also benefit from coaching and development from the regions District Personal Training Manager as well.
• Although each trainer works with the PTM to establish an individualized schedule of availability and expectations, you will work cohesively with the other PTs, front desk staff, and group fitness instructors to establish and encourage club-wide initiatives such as maximizing Kick Off booking, event attendance, buddy referrals, and overall positive member engagement.

The Location

SIR Fitness is based in Southern California and franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch Eastlake, Crunch Oceanside, and Crunch University Square. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
