What You'll Do

• Deliver results-focused personal training sessions that keep clients engaged and coming back
• Sell and promote training packages using our proven CrunchOne Kickoff process
• Design customized workout + nutrition programs to help clients achieve goals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client retention targets
• Collaborate with other departments to support member success and club growth
• Build strong relationships and create a fun, motivating environment
• Participate in club events, fitness challenges, and service promotions

What You Bring

• Nationally accredited CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, etc.) or degree in Kinesiology
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about fitness
• A true team player who values member relationships and long-term retention
