What You'll Do:

• Investigate & Gather Evidence: Collect medical records, accident reports, and witness statements to build strong cases.
• Draft Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and court filings with precision and professionalism.
• Manage Case Files: Keep everything organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with Medical Providers: Ensure clients receive proper care and maintain clear communication with healthcare professionals.
• Client Liaison: Be the friendly, informative point of contact for clients throughout their legal journey.
• Trial Prep Support: Help attorneys gear up for hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Calculate Damages: Assess medical costs, lost wages, and pain & suffering to support claims.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Associate's Degree (minimum)
• Proficiency in drafting motions and e-filing
• Strong legal administrative and document prep skills
• Experience handling legal contracts
• Prior experience in personal injury law is a major plus!

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Nanuet, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
