Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), where you will assist surgeons during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures by sterilizing equipment and arranging supplies.
- Assist surgeons during surgeries by maintaining a sterile environment, handling instruments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Operate specialized equipment such as cardiopulmonary bypass machines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries.
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions and recovery processes.
- Document procedure details accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
