Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

We’re seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our full-time team serving patients across our Home Health and Hospice programs. Each visit you make has meaning — whether you’re helping with daily care, offering a listening ear, or providing the warmth of a familiar face.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and companionship to patients in their homes
n
• Support daily living activities with dignity, patience, and respect
n
• Partner with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care
n
• Deliver care aligned with our Homelife Enrichment philosophy — nurturing mind, body, and spirit
n

What We’re Looking For

n
• Current CNA or HHA certification (Home Health or Hospice experience preferred)
n
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
n
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
n
• Availability for full-time weekday daytime visits
n
