Location: Local Assignment (Great Bend, KS)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a local temp-to-perm opportunity. This position offers the chance to work directly with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life within a supportive outpatient environment.

The assignment will start on a contract basis with the intent to transition to a permanent hire once a strong mutual fit is established — this is not intended to remain a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on continued care and exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Kansas.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
