Per Diem / PRN Clinic Radiologic Technologist

As a PET/CT Technologist, you will perform various diagnostic procedures including PET/CT and CT imaging. You will be responsible for administering prepared radiopharmaceuticals, contrast media, and conducting ordered examinations in compliance with established policies and procedures. Your key duties will also involve general nuclear medicine imaging as needed, while adhering to safety policies including radiation safety and quality control measures.

Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS) will be a fundamental part of your role, ensuring precise documentation of patient examinations and effective image storage through the Patient Archiving and Communication System (PACS).

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiology program
• ARRT (CT) and NMTCB or ARRT(N) or Registry eligible MRT-General Certificate
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 6 months experience in clinical PET/CT and CT
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiology program with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• 3+ years of experience in PET/CT and CT
