Per Diem Family Medicine Physician

With over 900 providers in 65 specialties, you will be instrumental in enhancing patient satisfaction and quality of care.

As a Per Diem Physician in Family Medicine, you will focus on adult patients aged 18 and older, ensuring comprehensive management of their health needs. Your role will involve diagnostics, treatment, disease prevention, and recovery oversight while coordinating necessary tests and specialist referrals.

This position involves seeing patients in our outpatient clinic from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional shifts after hours or on weekends are available, and you may also provide virtual care. You will be trained in Epic and supported by a robust nursing and administrative staff, managing your own patient in-baskests on selected days. While inpatient work is an option, after-hours hospital calls are not required. We offer a competitive hourly rate that reflects your expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care Monday-Friday, including seeing new patients and conducting corporate physicals.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for family medicine, approximately once per month.
• Conduct annual physicals and routine wellness exams.
• Promote preventive medicine initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD, DO).
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Current or future licensure in the State of Texas.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual compensation between $226,000 and $366,000 based on full-time employment equivalency. Total compensation includes base salary and bonus potential, varying based on experience and performance metrics. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and retirement plan contributions subject to eligibility.
