Practice Overview
- Join a cohesive, mission-driven team serving a diverse outpatient population
- Work alongside a collegial medical staff with hospitalist and laborist support
- Access to full-scope ancillary services, including lab, X-ray, mammography, and ultrasound
- Outpatient-only model with optional inpatient work available
Schedule
- Full-time position with built-in administrative time
- No call or weekend responsibilities
- Choose between two flexible weekly schedule options
- Designed to support work-life balance and physician autonomy
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary between up to $250,000, plus quality bonuses
- Sign-on and relocation bonuses included

Candidate Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
