Position Overview:

Key Highlights:
- Location: Dayton, OH
- Patient Base: Pediatric care, primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week, no weekends
- Technology: Modern office equipped with digital technology
Compensation & Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 annually
- Guaranteed Minimum: $700-$1,000 per day (based on experience)
- Production Bonus: 25-27%+ of adjusted collections (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Support: Up to $5,000
- Student Loan Repayment: $10,000 per year

Candidate Requirements:
- License: DDS or DMD, eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license
