Position Highlights :

• Work-Life Balance Flexible full-time schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm with 3 half-day Fridays per month. Open to 4-day workweek for high-producing providers.
• Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment: Busy, well-established pediatric dental office supported by a growing DSO with locations nationwide. Office includes an assistant per column and an expanded-function dental hygienist.
• Favorable Call Schedule: No weekend or after-hours call responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive Compensation, Financial Package: Potential to earn up to $350,000 with the current patient base and low local competition.
• Generous Bonus, Additional Bonus Incentives: Negotiable pay model with daily guarantee and/or percentage of adjusted production or collections. Choose from 25% of total production or a higher percentage, excluding hygiene.
• Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and retention bonus up to $100,000, both negotiable based on experience and contract terms.

Qualifications :

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certifications: Pediatric Dentistry specialty training preferred but not required
• Licensure: Eligible for dental licensure in the state of practice.
• Skillset: Strong clinical skills with a passion for working with children and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
• Experience: Open to new grads and experienced providers. High-production experience a plus.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
