Must haves:

1. A PCA or CNA certification
2. Current TB or chest X-ray stating no active disease
3. CPR / First Aid certification
4. Be willing to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check (a conviction does not automatically disqualify you)
5. Clean drug screen
6. Good references
