Selectek has an opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to ensure our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ADP Workforce Now to handle all aspects of payroll, from preparation and balancing to adhering to tax regulations for a family-owned fiber optic company in Buford, GA.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified Payroll Professional: Proven ability to process payroll accurately and meet all deadlines.
• ADP Workforce Now Master: In-depth knowledge of ADP Workforce Now functionality for streamlined payroll management.
• Payroll Pro: Minimum of 5 years' experience handling all areas of payroll, including tax calculations, deductions, and internal controls.
• Data Wizard: Experience exporting and reviewing data from various sources to prepare for payroll processing, audits, and reviews.
• Timesheet Tracker: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and reconciling timesheets for accuracy.
• Payroll Auditor: Skilled at reviewing, auditing, and balancing payroll to ensure complete financial transparency.
• Year-End Champion: Experience supporting year-end payroll processing tasks for a smooth transition.
• W-2 Whiz: Responsible for preparing and distributing W-2 forms accurately and efficiently.
• Tax Savvy: Proactive in researching tax notices and ensuring tax rates are set up and maintained accurately in ADP Workforce Now.
• Excel All-Star: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Communication Ace: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and address any employee inquiries.
