As a Payment Banker, you will be the face of the bank, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while deepening relationships with clients. You will assist customers with their banking needs, provide financial solutions, and promote Nano Banc's products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in banking

Business 2 business banking preferred

Customer service experience

Job Description:

The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for handling various monetary transactions, managing customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting members with financial inquiries, and promoting banking products and services.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and personalized service.
• Sales & Service: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products including checking, savings, loans, and digital services.
• Transactions & Operations: Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all banking activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve branch goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
